The Alfano real estate agency is a consolidated reality in the Italian territory that for over 40 years has offered its customers a wide range of services and solutions for every real estate need. Its history, linked to a territory very rich in values ​​and traditions, has left an indisputable mark locally thanks to the constant updating and particular attention to the customer that has made a small local agency a large reality with international resonance.

The experience gained in the real estate sector by the owner of the agency and his team can be summarized in four large chapters, which have become distinctive moments of the long professional path.

1983: AIR IMMOBILIARE

Dr Angelo Claudio Alfano, founded the first real estate agency in the area calling it "Air Immobiliare" which in a short time established itself on the local market as a point of reference for the province of Frosinone, as a classic real estate agency with research, development and consultancy activities: these are the years of great experiences and growth in the provincial market. Dr. Angelo Claudio Alfano quickly became a point of reference for the territory, thanks also to his constant dialogue with colleagues and teaching at the local Chamber of Commerce. The first decade of activity was spent between collaborations, experimentation and teaching. The latter proved indispensable for the future of subsequent real estate agencies that began their activity in the territory thanks to the experience transferred to the classroom by teacher Alfano, leader in real estate brokerage in the province of Frosinone

1993: FROM AIR IMMOBILIARE TO GABETTI.

The agency "air immobiliare" now strong in its experience in the territory becomes part of the large national Gabetti network: the leap in quality from regional to national is necessary to leave the local dimension and enter a national orbit, of collaboration and comparison with the large agencies of the metropolitan areas. The goal is to continue to grow without stopping, improving methodology and approach and offering customers an increasingly focused attention to excellence. These are years of great teachings, comparison, hard work and important professional satisfactions, years in which the company reality becomes the symbol of the consultancy approach offered to customers.

2009: ALFANO AGENCY.

It is time for new goals. Thanks to the satisfactory experience gained in Gabetti, Dr. Alfano decides to invest in a new project with a more dynamic, updated and up-to-date style: Alfano Agency is born. This new concept summarizes in its approach a thrust aimed at new markets and a more select clientele, thanks to the careful choice of properties and development projects. Optimism and enthusiasm characterize a rapid and concrete expansion that will lead to obtaining regional and national recognition. Alfano agency becomes an indisputable and well-known reality with a corporate background and with prospects for international expansion.

2019: ALFANO REAL ESTATE

2019 marks the beginning of a new professional path aimed at reaching markets that are still unexplored but full of opportunities. The local team grows and transforms into a highly specialized team with important skills thanks to the inclusion in the company of Dr. Claudia Alfano, daughter of the owner and with consolidated international skills. After an intense experience in real estate in large American and German multinationals and a long period of work abroad between Spain, Belgium, England and Germany, her return to Italy and therefore to the company, inaugurates a chapter of rapid and unexpected international success. The team is structured and thanks to the experience of a brilliant real estate agent gained in Rome, Federico Proietti develops an unprecedented strategic plan of acquisitions in the area. The property portfolio grows rapidly and qualitatively as well as buyers attracted by fresh and new solutions for each customer. New investments and partnerships on international platforms allow the Alfano group to give visibility to the local real estate assets, creating new business opportunities and rapidly increasing the slow local market. The arrival of Covid in 2020 and the subsequent difficult years confirm, contrary to market trends, the undisputed leadership of a qualitatively excellent team. The entire Ciociaria area finally has the opportunity to make itself known and shine thanks to the enormous flow of international investors attracted by the beauty of the territory and the wide range of properties of the Alfano group. These are years of hard work but also of great successes that, year after year, amplify the importance of the brand that resonates even outside the region to cover central Italy.
