FOUNDER

Angelo Claudio Alfano is the founder and driving force of the Alfano Real Estate group.

With over forty years of experience in the real estate sector, his leadership and dedication have made a small provincial agency a point of reference in the sector, at a regional, national and, to date, international level.

Angelo Claudio's career began with his experience as a sales agent and then Manager at IMCO SPA. At the age of 25, he embarked on his adventure in the real estate sector by opening his first agency in Roccasecca, his hometown.

His pursuit of excellence led him to complete his first master's degree at SDA Bocconi in Milan in 1984. Subsequently, he became one of the first real estate operators to collaborate with GABETTI SPA, where he opened and developed more than ten agencies in the Lazio region in about 20 years of affiliation.

In 1990, Angelo Claudio further consolidated his experience by participating in the first master's degree for real estate consultants organized by AICI and the Real Estate Research Center of the University of Florida (USA). His contributions to the sector were recognized in 1995, when he received an honorary degree in Economics and Business from the PRO-DEO University in New York. In the same year, he was invited to Monte Carlo by Cavaliere Giovanni Gabetti to participate in the first real estate master's degree of GABETTI HOLDING SPA.

For over 25 years, Angelo Claudio has been an esteemed teacher at the C.C.I.A.A. of Frosinone, where he taught courses on the profession of real estate broker and agent. He also served as president of the Mediators Commission (former role pursuant to Law 39/89).

Angelo Claudio is also a successful author; his book "L'arte di mediare" was published in 2021 by Bruno Editore.

Today he is widely recognized as one of the leading experts in real estate brokerage.

International Manager

A professional with extensive experience in HR (human resources), business development, and institutional relations, gained in both corporate and international contexts.

From her degree to her various corporate experiences, Claudia has demonstrated proven skills in managing and coordinating teams, recruiting and headhunting C-level and top management positions, as well as developing sales and marketing strategies.

Thanks to her strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills, Claudia worked abroad for many years in large companies (Remax and Engel & Voelkers), where she strengthened and refined business techniques and strategies with international clients.

She currently serves as International Market Manager for the Alfano Real Estate Team, where she manages the entire process of buying and selling luxury properties to clients from around the world.

Determined, ambitious, and a visionary, Claudia offers her clients concrete and targeted real estate solutions with a decidedly results-oriented approach and customer satisfaction.
